Board our motorboat for a spectacular cruise along Sicily's northwestern coastline, sailing through the Gulf of Castellammare and past some of the island's most beautiful coastal landmarks. Admire the historic Tonnara di Scopello, its dramatic sea stacks, and the breathtaking coastline of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, famous for its crystal-clear waters and unspoiled natural beauty. During the cruise, enjoy lunch on board and stops along the coast, with opportunities to swim in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Continue to San Vito Lo Capo, one of Sicily's most popular seaside destinations, renowned for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Enjoy a stop at the port and some free time to explore this charming coastal town. In the afternoon, cruise back to Terrasini, arriving at approximately 6:00 PM. ( In the event of bad weather making navigation impossible, or during the low season, the excursion is replaced by a half-day visit to Palermo.) At approximately 1:30 PM, depart for our final sightseeing experience in Sicily, visiting Monreale and Palermo before continuing to the port. Approximate transfer time to the Palermo area: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Our first stop is Monreale, where we will visit its magnificent cathedral, a masterpiece of Norman architecture renowned for its extraordinary golden Byzantine mosaics. Continue to Palermo to admire the impressive Palermo Cathedral, a remarkable monument that reflects centuries of Norman, Arab, and European architectural influences. OVERNIGHT FERRY TO NAPLES In the evening, board the overnight ferry to Naples and settle into your private cabin with beds. As the ferry departs, admire the beautiful lights of the Gulf of Palermo and enjoy a buffet dinner on board. Spend the night in your ferry cabin as we sail across the Mediterranean toward mainland Italy.
